Aerial technician came on time, did the job fast with no mess. A couple of minor issues arose but he dealt with them with no fuss at all.

The engineer showed us faulty bolts used before and showed us good strong coach bolts he would be using. He showed us broken parts and gave us the choice to fix or leave them.
