The engineer showed us faulty bolts used before and showed us good strong coach bolts he would be using. He showed us broken parts and gave us the choice to fix or leave them.

Lost all channel signals. Adrian was brilliant. Arrived quickly. Took time to investigate the problem. Replaced the piece of aerial required leaving no mess. I would happily recommend it. First piece of luck this year.
